Rattaché au Directeur général, vos principales missions consistent en :
•Gestion d’un atelier de réparation (une équipe de 12 à 15 personnes),
•Gestion d’une équipe de techniciens mobiles,
•Suivi technique de la production (respects des plannings de production, gestion quotidienne du stock, respect des délais d’expéditions…),
•Management d’une équipe commerciale spécialisée dans la vente des pièces de rechange,
•Développement de l’activité commerciale de l’atelier,
•Sélection des pièces détachées, sourcing des fournisseurs et négociation des prix.
Profil :
Ingénieur en mécanique et électronique, vous justifiez d’un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (automobile, poids lourd),
Véritable homme de terrain, vous maîtrisez les techniques de production et êtes doté d’une haute technicité dans le domaine,
Vous êtes autonome, doté d’un bon esprit de communication,
La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est obligatoire.
