10éme ÉDITION DU SALON DU LOGEMENT ET DE L’IMMOBILIER
“ LOGIMMO ”
Succès après succès est le sort des éditions successives du salon du logement et de l’immobilier “LOGIMMO” Sa 10ème édition qui sera accueillie par la Foire Internationale de Casablanca du 3 au 6 juin 2010 et organisée sous l’Egide du Ministère de l’Habitat, de l’Urbanisme et de l’Aménagement de l’Espace, confirmera que “LOGIMMO” reste un rendez-vous incontournable de l’immobilier au Maroc.
Cette édition verra la participation d’une cinquantaine d’exposants représentant les promoteurs immobiliers venant de plusieurs régions du Maroc, en plus des organismes de crédit pour présenter des nouveaux produits : haut standing, moyen standing, l’économique le social et aussi les formules de financement du crédit logement.
La 10ème édition sera tenue sur un espace de 3000m2. Et afin de garantir le succès de cette édition, un important budget a été alloué à la campagne de communication sur plusieurs supports, il s’agit de l’affichage urbain, affichage mobile, journaux, magazines, prospectus, invitations, banderoles, affiches,Internet et sms. On prévoit 50 000 visiteurs durant les 4 jours de la tenue de cette édition.
Selon les dernières statistiques publiées par le Haut-Commissariat au Plan. Ce secteur verra le retour au dynamisme suite aux nouvelles mesures prises pour contrecarrer les effets de la crise économique mondiale. Il s’agit de deux conventions ayant pour objectif la réduction du déficit en logement et la relance de l’offre dans le moyen standing. En effet, la première convention, prévoit la mobilisation du foncier public pour permettre la réalisation de 200.000 logements dans le tiers sera consacré à l’habitat à faible coût (140.000 dhs) et le reste réparti, à part égale, entre l’habitat sociale et l’habitat destinée à la classe moyenne.
Quant à la deuxième convention, elle concerne le fond de garantie baptisé (DAMANE ASSAKANE) doté d’un budget d’un milliard de dirhams et qui sera élargi au profit de la classe moyenne et des salariés du privé.
Ainsi, en 2009, le nombre d’unités mises en chantier a atteint 360 327 dont 156 606 unités sociales, alors qu’en 2008, le nombre d’unités mises en chantier était de 360.000 dont 213 000 unités sociales.
Il est à constater que la production en habitat social s’est infléchie pour atteindre 90.000 unités alors qu’en 2008 ce chiffre était de 129 000 unités contre 113 000 unités en 2005.
Pour le crédit à l’immobilier, à fin 2009, il a enregistré un accroissement de 12,75% par rapport à fin 2008. Ainsi, le montant du crédit à l’immobilier a représenté 172,296 milliards dhs et celui de l’encours à l’économie a avoisiné les 585,25 milliards dhs soit un taux de contribution de 29,4%.
Les taux débiteurs appliqués par les banques ont connu une augmentation de 0,64 points durant le deuxième trimestre 2009 par rapport au deuxième trimestre 2007 et de 0,51 points par rapport au deuxième trimestre 2008.
En 2008 les investissements directs étrangers à l’immobilier ont atteint 8,93GDH, contre 7,6 GDH en 2007, soit un accroissement de 17,5 % pour les 9 premiers mois de 2009, les investissements directs étrangers à l’immobilier ont atteint 4,97 milliards de dhs. Contre 7,78 milliards dhs pendant les 9 premiers de 2008 soit une régression de 38,1%.
Quant aux crédits accordés dans le cadre du FOGARIM et jusqu’au 31 janvier 2010, 53924 ménages ont bénéficié de la garantie de FOGARIM pour un montant de 7,86 GDH de prêts accordés.
En janvier 2010 le nombre du dossier garanti dans le cadre du FOGARIM s’élève à 784 prêts contre 1417 prêts en janvier 2009 soit une régression mois à mois de 44,7%.

Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
